Writing Fractured Fairy Tales

Fractured fairy tales take the traditional fairy tales that you know and change them. Elements such as the characters, setting, point of view or plot might be changed.

Mini-LapBook:

Students will select a traditional fairy tale and write a new fractured version of the story they have selected. The new fractured tale along with character portraits describing the hero(ine) and villain are incorporated into a castle mini LapBook. All student printables are in b/w. No color ink needed. Kids add the color. 
Note: Each lap book is made with half a file folder.
